It should be close to 28mm. May need to heat up the front cap with a heat gun or mini torch to loosen the thread locker.

This adapter extends the shroud 1.5 inches or about 38.1mm. Pair it up with a .22-25 Tanto 1/2 x 20 Bolt #S69 and this pistol will be very quiet. No need to remove the suppressor to fill the gun. Features: 6061 Aluminum Black anodized Comes with knurled thread protector  

You may need to heat up the front cap to loosen the epoxy. Then unscrew from gun.
